There are two ways to redeem a promo code, which depend on the type of promotion that is available. 

No Purchase Required:

To redeem a promo code that does not require a purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the Promos page.
2. Locate the “Promo Code” field at the top of the screen.
3. Enter the promo code in the same format as displayed on the promotional email or page.
4. Select "APPLY"

Purchase Required:

To redeem a promotion that requires a purchase, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the credit package of choice.
2. Enter payment information in the designated fields.
3. Enter the promo code in the same format exactly as displayed on the promotional email or page.
4. Select "APPLY" to ensure the promo code is applied successfully to your account.
5. After confirming the promo code was applied, proceed with completing the purchase.
